GENESYSフォーマットに対応した「氷結界」デッキです。 他テーマの手札に加える効果の多くがポイントを振られている中、「氷結界の紋章」は0ptであるため、デッキの動きの再現性を高めつつも、その他の強力なカードにポイントを振り分けられる点が強力です。 通常のリミットレギュレーションと異なり、「おろかな副葬」を比較的低コストで3枚採用することが出来るため、罠カードの「氷結界」の②の効果とのコンボが成立しやすいです。「氷霊山の龍祖 ランセア」に即座に繋げられる「氷水帝エジル・ラーン」や、盤面をさらに展開できる「氷結界の剣士 ゲオルギアス」、相手の厄介なモンスターをリリースできる「海亀壊獣ガメシエル」などが狙い目です。 「氷結界の封魔団」は魔法カードの発動を封じることができるので、「強欲な壺」などの強力な魔法カードが採用可能なGENESYSフォーマットにおいてその役割はより重要なものとなっています。
