Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can return 1 Rank 9 or lower Dragon Xyz Monster from your GY to the Extra Deck, then you can Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck, by using this card you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer this card's materials to the Summoned monster.)
