When a monster on the field that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck activates its effect (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. If this Normal Summoned/Set card is Tributed: You can add 1 "World Legacy" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "World Legacy - "World Crown"" once per turn.
